Dilly Harcourt’s (Emma Johnsey-Smith) whereabouts is the subject of much concern in Hollyoaks next week after she uncovers the truth about her best mate Ethan Williams’ (Matthew James Bailey) untimely demise.
The much-loved character, as viewers know, has largely suspected that Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) claimed the life of her husband on their big day in October.
Sienna has professed her innocence, with viewers having little reason to suspect that she was lying given just how madly in love she was with Ethan.
But despite all the signs suggesting otherwise, it seems that she did, in fact, kill her soulmate after all, with Jez (Jeremy Sheffield) uncovering such a thing last month.
Jez has made it his mission to keep a lid on Sienna’s crime, though it seems he couldn’t be happier that his daughter – who he previously thought was his niece – is a killer.
Dilly, meanwhile, still harbours her suspicions about Sienna’s guilt but she’s somewhat preoccupied with other goings-on next week when she rekindles her romance with ex Prince McQueen (Malique Thompson-Dwyer).
Prince spends the night at Dilly’s and makes an excuse to Zoe Anderson (Garcia Brown), who surprises him by booking a registry office for later that day.
Dilly is thrown by such a discovery and Sienna later questions her on what’s she up to with Prince, telling her that she’s breaking up a family.

A heated showdown ensues between the cousins, with Sienna accidentally confessing to Ethan’s murder. Dilly is horrified and storms out and, fed up of the Blake drama, she decides to pack up and leave the village – but not before she tells Jez that Sienna has confessed to Ethan’s murder.

Prince, meanwhile, bumps into Jez and Sienna and he wants to know where Dilly is. Jez, however, simply states that Dilly doesn’t want to be found, urging him to move on.
The question is: has Dilly actually left the village? Or has evil Jez decided to take action to protect Sienna?
Let’s hope not.
